His ability to understand the systems of a home and how they work together, helps him gain a deeper understanding of the properties he evaluates and find issues that might otherwise go undetected.

A lifelong learner, Todd is committed to continually expanding his knowledge so he can provide clients with the most comprehensive inspection possible. He believes that a home inspection should do more than simply identify defects, it should help buyers fully understand the condition of the home in order to make an informed and confident decision.

Todd founded ONE Home Inspections to offer a different kind of inspection experience: one built around undivided attention, independent advice, and clear guidance. By focusing on one home per day, he has the time to thoroughly evaluate each property, answer questions, and help clients find the answer to their question.
